Judy Bishop ~ Owner, Bishop & Company 
Judy recently acquired the assets of CTA Staffing, the company for which she was General Manager here in Hawaii for the last 5 years. In addition, Judy has over thirty years of staffing experience. She has managed local, national and international offices on four continents. As a Franchise Owner, Regional Vice- President, Division Vice- President, National Sales Manager, and COO for Operations, she has an extensive background servicing major corporations over a broad spectrum of skill requirements. Judy is responsible for clients' complete satisfaction with the service provided. Ms. Bishop is fully involved in the day to day operation of Bishop & Company.


Debi Merwick ~ IT Recruiter, Operations Manager 
Debi is responsible for IT recruiting and placement of all positions that are technical in nature. Debi manages payroll, invoicing & accounting, as well as prepares all client management reporting. She serves as the point of contact for any accounting related issues the client or employee may have. She is also the contact person for any internal IT related functions. Debi has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Information Systems Management and holds an active Professional Human Resources, PHR Certification.


Tahnee Auna ~ Staffing Specialist 
Tahnee manages the service delivery to many of our major clients, including providing qualified temporary and direct hire employees for various industries ranging from hospitals, banks, hotels, not-for-profit, technology firms and call centers. She understands and responds to client needs by recruiting, reference checking, criminal background checking, credit checking, arranging drug tests, and conducting personal interviews with all candidates. Tahnee has a 2-year Associates Degree in Travel & Tourism, and is currently working towards her Bachelors in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and is enrolled for her PHR Certification. Tahnee provides exceptional support to the client companies she services as well as to the employees she supervises.


Amber Lee ~ Staffing Specialist  
Amber brings 8 years of Human Resources experience in Hawaii to Bishop & Company, with a focus primarily on all aspects of staffing, such as ad development and placement, prescreening, interviewing, candidate selection & referral, and background checking, as well as benefits administration, and coordination of temporary employees. This experience has prepared her well for her current role at Bishop & Company as a Staffing Specialist responsible for small and large accounts, especially search for direct hire senior level positions. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, majoring in Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Hawaii Chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management).


Samantha Jeremiah ~ Staffing Specialist 
Samantha comes from a diverse work and education background. She has experience with staffing, recruiting, and employment placement in positions ranging from entry level industrial up to executive level professional. Samantha uses this background to aide in her recruiting and screening efforts for our client needs. Prior to her staffing work Samantha had a background in marketing, management, customer service, and quality control. Samantha has an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, and a Bachelors degree in Human Nutrition and Food from the University of Wyoming.


Gina Junio ~ Junior Staffing Specialist 
Gina works actively in the recruitment, assessment and placement of employees to client companies. She supports Senior Staffing Specialists in interviewing, administering evaluations, prescreening, reference checking, and criminal/credit checking. Gina has served as a public relations assistant for a national non-profit association and an account coordinator for two major public relations firms. She has a Bachelors in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. Gina handles design and placement of our print and online recruitment and advertising.


Annette Waiau ~ Administrative Assistant 
Annette brings over 10 years of business ownership, customer service, administrative and accounting experience to Bishop & Company. This experience enables Annette to deliver excellent service to our many clients, temporary employees and candidates. Also, the experience of owning her own small business on Oahu provides her with additional knowledge to better assist our clients and candidates in their search for great talent or great job opportunities. Having volunteered with several organizations such as Friends of Foster Kids, Susan Komen Race for the Cure, MDA and working with autistic children has furthered her expertise in dealing with people from all walks of life, which in turn enhances Bishop & Company’s delivery of the best possible personal and professional service.


Sarah Woodcox ~ Accounting Assistant 
Sarah is responsible for processing our employees weekly payroll, all client billing as well as accounts receivables. She answers clients' questions regarding their invoices or payments and she is the first point of contact for employees with payroll questions, she keeps all of our employees happy with on time and accurate paychecks! Sarah has her Associates degree in Business Administration. She is working towards her Bachelor's degree at the University of Phoenix.
