Judy has over thirty years of staffing experience. She has managed local, national and international offices on four continents. In addition to owning and operating her own company in Hawaii and on the mainland, Judy has been as a Franchise Owner, Regional Vice- President, Division Vice- President, National Sales Manager, and COO, with an extensive background of managing teams to perform searches for a broad spectrum of talent requirements for clients in diverse industries. Ms. Bishop is a well respected thought leader and in demand speaker on workforce staffing, women in the workforce, and talent sourcing. Judy is responsible for the complete satisfaction of Bishop & Company’s client companies, candidates and contract employees. Ms. Bishop is fully involved in the day to day operation of Bishop & Company.

Deb Merwick, SHRM-SCP
Senior Technical Recruiter
Deb manages Bishop & Company’s IT Recruitment Division. She is also responsible for benefits administration, accounting, and all client management reporting. She manages Bishop & Co.’s DoD contracts and supports bidding and proposal efforts for new business opportunities. Deb is the contact person for any internal technology issues and serves as Bishop & Co.’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). Debi has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Information Systems (MSIS), and is an active SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a member of the Hawaii Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Payroll Association (APA), and the Treasurer of Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP).

Erinn N. Tomlinson is an Executive search, talent development, and human resources professional with 19 years of HR related experience in Hawaii; she has a degree in Communications and is a certified by SHRM as a PHR ( Professional in Human Resources). She has an extensive background in talent acquisition, concept-to-execution leadership, and training development programs, curriculum development and instructional design, organizational change and team building. In addition, she is experienced in sales and customer acquisition, account management and customer service; is an active listener and problem-solver, excelling at attracting and matching talent and is an effective motivator and coach of individuals, teams, line staff and senior management.

Zehra is an IT/Technical Recruiter with many years of recruiting experience, specializing in Internet and database searches to source quality candidates with unique, specific IT skills. She recruits top-notch professionals to meet our clients’ high standards. Zehra possesses excellent knowledge of the recruiting process, including interviewing, reference checking, background and education verification, and salary negotiations. She communicates effectively with candidates and clients to ensure good matches, which reap long-term benefits for both parties. Prior to her work in the recruiting industry, Zehra was a professional/technical writer, editor, and SEO and instructional designer.

Emily comes to Bishop & Company with several years of retail experience in customer service and employee supervision and training. In addition to her years in retail, she also has 6 years ‘ experience managing the office of a small business where she ran the day to day operations, dealing especially with clients and billing. Emily is now primarily responsible for Bishop & Company’s weekly payroll and billing and is excited for the opportunity to expand her administrative and HR knowledge and experience!

Celina Rebolledo, CSP
Senior Talent Manager
Celina joined Bishop and Company in 2014 as a temporary staffing and direct hire recruiter. She comes with a background of over 10 years in social services and customer service, collaborating with other professionals to provide optimal client care and advocacy. She obtained her B.A. in Human Services from Western Washington University, where she developed a strong ability to connect with and understand people. She is able to develop a strong relationship with candidates and clients and match suited attributes. At Bishop & Company, Celina focuses on recruiting talented candidates for administrative roles across a wide range of industries for temporary and direct hire jobs. In addition, Celina supervises temporary employees on assignment with client companies, handling employee relations and related issues to ensure their satisfaction as well as our client’s satisfaction.

Nicole brings over eight years of staffing experience to Bishop & Company, specializing in administrative, customer service, human resources, and non-profit placements. She holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Chico State. Nicole has the ability to connect with people, leading to successful placements for both clients and candidates. She is passionate about enhancing peoples’ lives both professionally and personally. In her spare time, she volunteers with Make-A-Wish foundation, continuing her passion for helping those around her.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Audrey comes to Bishop & Company with previous experience in the staffing industry. Starting out in light industrial recruiting, she broadened her skill set to include administrative and customer service positions in a variety of industries, including finance and healthcare. She earned her B.S. and M.S. in Sociology from North Dakota State University, where she took courses that developed her understanding of how individuals navigate their social world, including their work environment. Here, she also developed her analytical, technical, and interviewing skills which she puts to use each day. In her role, she is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process including pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and managing temporary employees. She enjoys creating successful connections between candidates and clients to help meet their career and business goals.
