Deb Merwick, SHRM-SCP
Consultant—IT/Executive Recruitment, Program Manager

Deb consults to Bishop & Company for all IT recruitment, as well as benefits administration, accounting, and all client management reporting. She manages Bishop & Co.’s DoD contracts, and supports bidding and proposal efforts for new business opportunities. Deb is the contact person for any internal technology issues, and serves as Bishop & Co.’s Facility Security Officer (FSO). Deb has a Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Information Systems (MSIS).

Starting out in light industrial recruiting, she broadened her skill set to include administrative and customer service positions in a variety of industries, including finance and healthcare. Here, she also developed her analytical, technical, and interviewing skills which she puts to use each day.
